Mansells Coffee Shop-wonderful!We had lunch on Wednesday before Xmas and everything was superb. Great pleasant service. Excellent food and good tea. They may be tucked away Down Swan courtyard but worth finding and enjoy a great experience.

Awful service. Had to be asked to be served as the miserable staff were stood at the till chatting amongst themselves. Obvious regular customers getting served before others when everyone's money is as good. Will not be returning!
