I would definitely recommend James Alpe! After being unfortunate enough to be in an accident, my Evoque was sent to James Alpe for repairs. I can honestly say my car has come back to me looking brand new and absolutely immaculate.My car was picked up from my house on the day of the accident and then dropped off back to me on a transporter at my work. The man who delivered it was very friendly and helpful (sorry I didnt catch his name). Thank you also to Craig Newton for advising me on the phone of everything that needed doing to my vehicle and filling me with confidence.Thank you James Alpe!

Monday morning car rental. Fast, efficient and friendly staff. Decent car too. Big deposit needed though, so make sure you have the funds/credit card
What is going on with this company? Are they riding on their success of having won awards years ago? Took my car there for a dent repair, came back with 2 more dents. I don't know where they parked it but I took photos of the car before it went in and they were not there then. The staff are very hard to deal with. Terrible experience. Don't put yourself through it!!!!!!!!!!In reply to your latest comment. I have no intention of providing you with my reg, I do not use my real name online for fear of fraud, which I have been a victim of just before Christmas. We can't all be wrong James Alpe!My car was returned with a ding in the door, I will get it done elsewhere as I do not trust using your company again. The irony was I paid for a dent to be removed, it was, and came back with another. Filthy finger marks on the cars interior, dirty wheel, scratched alloy, finger marks above the door were oily, work had to be done twice. No thanks. I posted an honest review of my experience with your company. Whether or not I post in my real name is irrelevant and isn't because what I am saying is untrue, more fear of fraud and repercussions. I would never bring my car to you again. I expected more and what I got was messed around, shocking repair work and more damage than it went in with. Also, the attitude of your assessor is appalling. No thanks.
