All the staff have always been really friendly to me here. When I had an item I'd got for my son for Christmas that had a piece missing they ordered me another one (as they didn't have it in stock) and I picked it up the next day. I also regularly pick up parcels from eBay here as it is conveniently near my work.
Ordered a Tu clothing item for a childs Christmas, to collect at clitheroe Sainsburys 12th Dec. Order confirmation came saying it was expected 14th (shipped from central warehouse apparently). 17th I was told it wasnt there yet, 22nd dec, having heard nothing I was told it was in Burnley and to ring them myself, on my own phone! While they just stood there looking like why are you still here?. Burnley couldnt find the item or any record my order! So offered to cancel and re-order, 2 days before Christmas! I made my displeasure known at this point and after a manager was involved, they found the same item was in stock in clitheroe Sainsburys all along! Click and collect doesnt seem to work at Argos!

Have visited numerous times over the past few weeks. Staff are helpful & friendly. Especially Adrian who always seems to be cheerful even when he has to work on his day off! Well done guys for keeping on smiling through 'Silly season'
