They refused my father's emergency dental work which is required after the crown which they mounted on pins failed. Claiming he missed two apointments for dental hygeine so now they can refuse dental treatment. We are palled at the response from the reception staff who where extremely arrogant and clearly took some pleasure from his predicament. Don't bother with this company unless you are well off and do not work for a living, because they think you can drop everthing for a hygenists appointment they themselves made. Disgusted at their elitist attitude. No doubt if he was prepared and asking them for the full makeover which they make such a huge deal about they would have been only too happy to oblige.

Absolutly thrilled with my treatment. In october I took the plunge and had an adult brace put on and just over 3 months later it was ready to come off. I am so happy with my new straight smile! The team are fantastic, very reassuring and welcoming at all times. I couldn't recommend them highly enough for anyone wanting a similar treatment!
I can actually say, that going to the dentist is actually an enjoyable experience! Polite, on time, professional and most importantly PAIN free. If they are ever taking on patiences get on their books. Im actually looking forward to my next appointment. Thanks Guys.
