11 am appointment and he wasn't there. At 11.05 in light of my recent experience with a locksmith who didn't show and didn't phone, I thought I'll give Martin a bell and ask him how he's you going for time. He tells me it's only a few minutes past 11 and he's around the corner. He sounded cross, but I thought no matter he'll be here in a few mins. At 12, I rang him and left a voicemail message saying, we'll cancel. Later in the afternoon I get messages saying that he really was around the corner but he was affronted that I called to ask him how he was going for time and that he'd gone somewhere else. He also told me that he had to drive 6 miles and that he was very busy. (I drove 45 miles and I am a busy ma too.) His attitude is obviously that his time is more important than mine. Talk about thin skinned and unprofessional. Good luck to those of you who use this man, you'll need it.
I don't rate this guy 1 star is 1 to many should be zero star he's left me with no bathroom for 2wks rips old 1 out then week after says he can't put new 1 in don't use him
