So refreshing to meet sales staff who are interested in you and your needs, no pressure selling...in fact no "selling" at all! A friendly family business where the products are allowed to speak for themselves. Staff were available to answer questions as needed, we wandered and tested the products. We were in store for hours...the great coffee they have kept us going! We returned the next day and bought two beautiful blue Natuzzi sofas. Great advice given re re how to care for them and I feel confident that there will be support if we need it in the future. We are thrilled with our purchase. We have already recommended the store we to friends and we will definitely buy from there again. Quality products, great value for money. One tip though...if you go in less than 30c, wear an extra layer...it is not too warm in there.
