The classes are well structured and the atmosphere brilliant which encourages and nurtures everyone, a great way of keeping fit and looking good. Me and my daughter have never looked back!

A fantastic studio light and spacious. The instructors are all lovely offering one to one guidance for novices and regulars. A great atmosphere too. Loads of fun. Totally reccomend to everyone.
