Great selection of jewelry and excellent customer service. Bought a lovely pair of earrings for my wife. Will not hesitate to shop here again. Would highly recommend.

Friendly staff but they're lacking basic jeweller's product knowledge. Owner stubbornly refuses to admit to the damage and considerable cost they've caused and can't explain why she thinks excellent service was provided when it clearly wasn't. Going quiet and ignoring an unhappy customer is always the wrong strategy. Cannot recommend this shop based on their customer service and terrible complaints handling procedure.
