I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Really bad service. They take forever to find your prescription and never seem to know where anything is. Every time I go in they have lost something. The pharmacists dont seem to know what to do and its really badly organised. They say your prescription will be ready for you tomorrow and when you go its not ready! Im going to look for somewhere else to go in Clitheroe. This pharmacy has gone downhill really quickly.

Doesnt open on Sundays at all, no chemists open in this busy town of Clitheroe on Sundays. Poor business.

Ive lived in Clitheroe for about 55 years.Once upon a time the chemists displayed notices saying where and when a pharmacy was open for emergency prescriptions. But today, on a search on behalf of a friend with the ever-popular all-night cough, I started with the Advertiser. There might have been information, but it was well hidden. Then the websites. Boots: A definite Closed. Pharmacy: nothing, just the weekly opening hours. Lloyds: open at 11.00. So I arrived at Lloyds at 12.10 closed. Were they open 11 to 12 ? Why not say on the website ? Why couldnt Lloyds, Boots and the Pharmacy display this information prominently in their windows and on their websites ? Thank you Tesco (and I guess Booths, Lidls and Sainsburys) for supplying various potions.

Very helpful and well informed staff, they work with Clitheroe Health Centre to arrange for prescriptions to be ready to pick up.
