This company are terrible and a total waste of space. They charged my landlord for jobs we did and left us with no working kitchen sink for 3 months with a new baby. Even after my Landlord complaining to them and threatening to take them to court they would have left us a family of 6 with no working toilet and drains and with excrement from the drains all over the back yard. Yet again myself and the Landlord had to sort it. I would give them no stars but had to put one.

Been renting with pendle letting agency for almost 18months! Always helpful and sort out any issues with the house as soon as they can! Never had any issues with them!
Absolutely disgusted in the way this company treats their tenants. Be careful as they have hidden charges and fees that they take off you. When I moved in the property was disgracefully dirty, had BROWN water and had to pay extortionate fees to have the gas and electricity reconnected. DON'T GO WITH THIS COMPANY.
Took a tenancy with this company, they can not agree to price give one price charge another. they are full of false promises, telling tenants that work is to be carried out by certain times. in 3 month nothing has been done, jobs reported to them such as recurring damp, hole in roof, gutter blocked. windows have no seal, rear door rotten and about as good as a screen netting (which they stated would be sorted before winter) no answer to telephone calls very unprofessional responses on emails when they bother to reply. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
