Very nice food. Unfortunately they tried to charge us for 4 pints, only had 3. Also tried to charge us for 2 bottles of wine, only had 1. Check your bill before you pay.

THE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER. The service was slow as they were busy, which is completely understandable. The starters were good, mussels and tomato garlic bread. However, I ordered the special which was a 30 Surf & Turf Fillet steak which I asked for RARE. The mains came out 45 minutes after the starter, I cut into my steak to find out it was very much medium, I brought it to the attention of the staff, they cleared it away to bring a new one 15 minutes later. I cut into steak number two and it was medium to well, I was extremely disappointed and again brought it to the staffs attention. After doing so I was then confronted by the owner, who then accused me of ordering my own food wrong. I understand the importance of customer service, and for a customer to be accused of ordering wrong and made to feel awful is completely unacceptable. Therefore this is the worst dining experience I have ever had, but not only that, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. No apology, no offer to re-engage us in a dining experience. Absolutely disgusting restaurant service.
Delicious real Italian food. We go often and we are always well looked after. The staff are attentive, especially with children. Good range of drinks and a lovely menu. The Terrace is THE place to be when the sun shines.
