It's how you handle things when something goes wrong that's important. I ordered a set of 6 Le Creuset espresso mugs from their on-line store. When they arrived, 2 were very broken. I contacted Dawson's and the chap I spoke to was so helpful. Within 20 minutes of my email with attached photos of the damage I had an email back confirming replacement mugs were being sent. 3 days later I have the unbroken replacements. Great service. I would not hesitate to buy from their on-line store again.

Extremely poor and unprofessional service. My goods arrived broken/damaged! When speaking to Adam from customer service he adviced that he will send 2 replacement glasses and take out the broken glass pieces and put the replacement ones back in the boxes that had the broken glass pieces and segments in.This is absurd, how I can present these as gifts and also the safety aspect of this. Well Im sorry! Ive arranged a return and a full refund. I will never shop or recommend this company to anyone and I suggest others to shop elsewhere...
I like old fashioned shops. The price of their ironmongery (STOP USING THE AMERICANISM 'HARDWARE') is very competitive. Their nails are about 25% of the price at ('always cheaper'!!!!) Homebase down the road. Staff always obliging.
Ordered a range of bed linen but somewhat apprehensive as the price seemed well below that advertised elsewhere. However, my order arrived on time and was even better then expected. Will definitely be using Dawson's again!
