Great gym with up to date machines and a great weights area. Beautiful changing rooms. Wonderful coffee, tea etc. Phil and Sara are lovely people, always ready to help when you need it.
An excellent gym, very well equipped with a caring owner who has attention to detail and superb, friendly customer service. Highly recommended.

Got a Day trial Pass as my Son is a member, and what a Gym! There is everything you can possibly want in a fitness center. For the weight trainer, this is a serious GYM, with a huge range of weights and cable machines, Bars, benches etc. Also for serious fitness fanatics, there are loads of cardio machines, Bikes, steppers, stairs, Ellipticals etc. There are Hotel bathroom quality changing rooms! Upstairs there is a comfy seating area with a coffee machine, and ready made healthy meals!! The Gym owner is there in the daytime, and is very friendly and knowledgeable. The Gym is located right in the center of Whalley, and you can park right outside.
Brilliant gym! My husband and I are both really impressed with Phils knowledge and approachability! Great to have his expert guidance when returning to a gym after a few years and also for rehab for Graham after his knee operation. All the equipment is state-of-the-art with all the info and entertainment you could wish for! Looking forward to enjoying many more visits and seeing our fitness improve! Graham is already addicted!
