Lovely country pub.. Very nice inside. Cant comment on rooms but if the downstairs is anything to go by, they will be nice. Food gorgeous..... Highly recommended.
The service was slow and we had to keep going to the bar, when we sat at the table no one came to take our order. The food was average and not worth the price we paid. Poor considering we have been several times before and not had a bad experience.
Excellent venue, tasty food, lovely atmosphere and very good, friendly staff. It was a lunch time , Sunday Jazz session, the music was as entertaining as ever. There were ten of us and no one was disappointed. Our second Christmas visit and have all decided a perfect way to start Christmas with friends.
Been twice for bed and breakfast, such a relaxing place to stay. Food great. The only the negative I had is the bedroom and bathroom are looking a bit tired. Could do with a bit off a fresh coat of paint. My husband and i enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Inn as great place to stop, stay and eat.
They put on the most fantastic wedding day for our friends. Every detail was carefully planned & everyone was happy. I'd like to thank Matt, in particular. He was very caring & made sure that we were all catered for, well fed & happy. He always had a smile & a little bit of humour to make us all feel welcome & at home. All the staff were fantastic. The food was delicious & hot for every meal we had. We stayed for 2 nights & the room was comfortable & cozy. There were the most adorable shutters on the inside of the Windows. I would recommend this as a hotel, celebration venue or even just for a meal. An absolute delight to stay here.
